Accessibility
Designed so everyone can do their work.
We are committed to making Enterprise Health usable for people of all abilities, and to meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our website and platform.
Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought. We design Enterprise Health so that people of all abilities can do their work — using a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology. We are committed to meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to improving continuously.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Enterprise Health aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Conforms” means the content fully meets the standard; like most evolving products, parts of our website and platform are “partially conformant,” meaning most content meets the standard while some does not yet. We treat gaps as defects and prioritize them accordingly.
Measures we take
- Include accessibility in our design reviews and definition of done.
- Build with semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, and visible focus states.
- Support full keyboard navigation and respect reduced-motion preferences.
- Target sufficient color contrast and scalable, responsive text.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label form controls.
- Test with assistive technologies and automated tooling as part of development.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Third-party integrations, embedded documents and content contributed by customers may not always meet our accessibility target, and newly released features may need refinement. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Enterprise Health. If you experience a barrier, or need information in a different format, please contact us and describe the problem, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond promptly.
